If you’ve taken on the product owner job, you know it’s hard. And, if you’re trying to do it alone, or if your team or organization doesn’t understand it, it’s an impossible job. This workshop digs into the things that make product ownership so hard. We’ll talk about why you can’t make good product decisions alone, why you don’t really own product vision, and why most of what you build won’t be valuable. Using discussion and sharing with others, you’ll learn the concepts behind these tough challenges, and some strategies for dealing with them.
3 learning objectives:
* Understand the challenges product owners must face when taking on the role
* Understand how to work together with your product teams to meet those challenges
* Understand how to expose value and the risk in actually realizing it
