Jacob Durham is the owner and co-founder of NOMATIC a crowdfunding based company that creates highly functional bags and gear. The company was started in 2014 and has become the most crowd-funded company in Utah. Jacob’s passion lies in developing incredible products, building a brand, and cultivating a team that people are excited to be a part of.
Jeremy Andrus
Traegger Grills
Jeremy Andrus is the President & CEO and Board Member of Traeger Grills. He joined Traeger in 2014 as he acquired the business with Trilantic Capital Partners. Then in late 2017, Jeremy and Trilantic recapitalized the business, selling a controlling interest to AEA Investors and co-investor Ontario Teachers Pension Plan. From 2005 to 2013, Jeremy served as President & CEO of Skullcandy, where he helped grow annual sales from $1 million to $300 million. Jeremy received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and B.A. from Brigham Young University. He lives in Salt Lake City with his wife Kristin and their six children.
Kylie Chenn
Acanela Expeditions
Kylie Chenn is the founder and CEO of Acanela Expeditions, and more recently - Wander Camp, & The Adventure Dress. Kylie has traveled to over 100 countries and has spent numerous years both living abroad and leading tours across the continents of Europe, Asia, South America, Oceania, and Africa. She studied Business Strategy and International Development at the BYU Marriott School of Management and attended the University of Oxford and University of Cambridge to study Social & Business Innovation. Her international experience and love for impactful travel led her to found Acanela Expeditions, a boutique travel operator that curates hands-on tour experiences around the world for thousands of travelers each year. She is the recipient of many awards, including Utah Business 40 under 40 and Sego Award’s Fastest Growing Company in Under 5 years Finalist.
