Colin Kent has experience working in start-up environments as well as large global technology organizations. He is an experienced SaaS operator having run large sales teams at Oracle, Domo and Chargeback. He has spent most of his career in strategy, sales and advisory roles with a track record of success in multiple industries.
He founded Premara Group, a mergers & acquisitions advisory firm, two years ago after seeing a big gap in the M&A market. Premara Group has two arms: they focus on bootstrapped and early stage SaaS companies as well as consumer/eCommerce companies. They've closed deals all over the world and provide a wealth of knowledge from an operator's perspective that allows them to deliver ideal outcomes for their clients.
Josh is a co-founder and Partner at Premara Group, an M&A advisory firm specializing in e-commerce and SaaS transactions. Prior to Premara Group, Josh was an operator with experience ranging from early-stage venture-backed companies to Fortune 100 companies. He worked for Amazon in Seattle in the Retail Leadership Program before moving to Utah to join Qualtrics on the Strategic Partnerships team. He then ran Business Development at Lucid Software before joining Rags Apparel as the COO.
Josh holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Accounting from BYU and an MBA from Cornell University. Josh is married with 4 active sons, but can always find some time to jump on the mountain bike in the summers and hit the ski slopes in the winters.
