Alex Brodil

Vice President of International Sales at Traeger Pellet Grills

Alex grew up in Massachusetts and moved out to Utah to study Accounting & Ski Bumming at the University of Utah. After a brief stint as an accountant at Barrack Gold, he spent the majority of his career at Skullcandy. He started working at Skullcandy in 2008 when there was approximately 15 - 20 people in the organization. His first couple of years at Skullcandy were spent in Accounting. He then moved over to International Business Development. He worked closely with the VP of International Sales to build out the international structure and setup 5 offices around the world in 2 years (Vancouver, Shanghai, Tokyo, Mexico City, & Zurich). In 2013, he took over the International Sales organization at Skullcandy, and grew the International business from ~$30M to ~$90M by the time he left July 2019. In July 2019 Alex took over as the VP of International Sales for Traeger Grills.

Chris Vincent

EVP of International for Practicology, a Pattern Company

Chris has served in a variety of roles at Practicology including roles in Asia Pacific and Australia. Due to his efforts, the businesses in those regions have been very successful. He has been involved in strategic projects to support our Asia Pacific clients, particularly around business change, technology selection, and technology adoption. Chris has more than 18 years of experience in the retail and eCommerce space. He's served as CIO for fashion retailer Pretty Girl Fashion, and prior to this was Head of Retail IT for surf brand Billabong. Chris holds a B.A. (Hons) in Economics & International Development.

Mike Alexander

Vice President of Sales at PMD Beauty

Mike currently manages PMD Beauty’s Global Sales including its top retailer: Nordstrom, Sephora, Ulta, Harrods, Costco and Macy’s. Mike also heads up PMD Beauty’s international distribution and sales in UK, Europe, Middle East, and across Asia. Mike has an MBA from Westminster College and HTW Saar in Germany and lives with his wife and 3 kids in Highland, UT. When Mike is not working, he is a weekend warrior always in the outdoors or exploring somewhere new around the world.

Tina Stiehle

Director, International Business at OrthoAccel Technologies, Inc.

Tina Stiehle has worked in global markets for close to twenty-five years focusing primarily on market expansion and management of FDA regulated medical devices in direct and indirect channels. During this time, she lived and worked in Asia for eleven years and has been responsible for markets in APAC, EMEA, and LATAM. Tina also worked in economic development when she lived in GA understanding the importance of local growth and community. She speaks Chinese and Japanese.
