This panel discussion features lessons from entrepreneurs who started, built, and sold their ecommerce company...and what they are doing now.

Andy Stroman: During Andy's junior year at Utah State University, he started CampSaver.com, an outdoor specialty retailer, from his college apartment. During the next 15 years, Northern Utah-based  CampSaver.com grew into a top 5 outdoor specialty retailer in the US. After exiting to a strategic, Andy stepped down in 2018 and has been involved with helping startups through Angel investing and consulting. 

Dale Majors: As the 4th of 9 kids Dale spent his childhood collecting things, building skate ramps, riding bikes. Dale discovered eBay and ecommerce early and turned a high school hobby of selling bike parts into a full fledged business grossing over 10 Million dollars in annual sales here in Davis County. Business aside, Dale is most proud of riding bikes over 1200 miles through France and camping with his wife and 4 young children.

Tara Haskins: The panel will be moderated by Tara Haskins, the Director of BD at Fluid Advertising, Trustee at MountainWest Capital Network, and VP Marketing at ACG Utah.  Tara has spent many years marketing for small-businesses, start-up groups and organizations..
