John Waldock is the Director of Transaction Services for Eide Bailly. John has 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets and other corporate finance transactions. He has completed more than 250 transactions for both public and private clients in the technology, IT and software, industrial, consumer product, transportation and logistics, and healthcare industries. Prior to joining Eide Bailly, John served as a Director of Investment Banking at Lazard completing more than 75 capital markets and M&A transactions for middle market entrepreneurs and private equity clients. Prior to joining Lazard, John was an associate with the Technology Investment Banking group of Credit Suisse in New York. While at Credit Suisse, he provided a full range of investment banking services and participated in over $6.3 billion of merger and acquisition activity. Prior to Credit Suisse, John was employed by UBS in New York, advising companies on mergers and acquisitions and public equity offerings.

Nate has 20 years of experience in the data and analytics world. His career started as a data analyst and he quickly came to realize that organizing and enabling companies with data was his true passion. After various stints at startup companies during his early career, he met his eventual business partner, Nathan McMurtrey, and they founded data warehousing and consulting company Xerva in 2014. Xerva was focused on helping companies that felt they were buried in data chaos. Their passion for organizing data and making it actionable, accessible, and accurate has served them well. In 2019, Xerva was acquired by Eide Bailly to help enhance the offering they could provide to the many clients that Eide Bailly serves.
