Julie Simmons is currently the CIO/COO of ForgeDX, a digital transformation SAAS company that builds interactive simulations to shape customer experience. She has spent 25 years in the technology industry in various operational, marketing and IT leadership roles - helping to build and scale companies. She previously worked as an IT executive at Omnicom and is the former CIO of MarketStar.
Julie has been honored by Utah Business 30 Women to Watch and has been a WTC Award Finalist and is on the Women Tech Council Executive Board. She is passionate about promoting STEM and mentoring young people to find careers they love. She graduated cum laude from Utah State University and holds an MBA from the University of Utah.
Diana brings over 20 years of banking, financing and debt restructuring experience to Crewe Advisors. She specializes in complex financial planning to business owners, high net worth families, real estate investors, and trust beneficiaries in various areas of individual, fiduciary, non-profit, and wealth transfer strategies. Her focus also includes women in transition, philanthropic planning, and generational wealth transfer.
Diana holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. She has earned an MBA from Colorado State University and an MS of Taxation from Weber State University. Diana serves as the Vice Chair of the Advisory Council at Weber State University’s Goddard School of Business. She is a member at large of the board of directors at the Community Foundation of Utah and Chair of its Finance Committee. In addition, Diana teaches at Weber State University.
Ms. Lehman has over 25 years of functional and leadership experience in consumer goods and biotech companies. Ms. Lehman recently joined New Value Capital as a Partner responsible for deal sourcing, execution and operational management. New Value Capital is a small market private equity firm that invests solely in enthusiast, high-affinity consumer products.
For almost a decade, Ms. Lehman was President/CEO of ENVE. As CEO, Ms. Lehman grew the company from start-up to one of the most viable cycling businesses in the industry. ENVE Composites designs, manufactures and sells high-end carbon fiber products for the cycling industry. Located in Ogden, Utah, ENVE proudly manufactures 100% of the rims in the United States. In 2014, Ms. Lehman was named CEO of the Year by Utah Business Magazine and Entrepreneur of the Year by Earnest Young for her leadership at ENVE.
Ms. Lehman holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA/BS from Boston University. She serves on the boards of Rowland Hall School and Young Presidents Organization and is a member of the Governor’s Economic Coordination Council.
Brian is currently the Manager of Pinterest Partner Solutions, based in Ogden, UT. Prior to joining Pinterest, Brian spent several years in leadership roles at MarketStar, including a role as the Director of Business Development. Brian has been a champion and leader in building inclusive cultures that drive business impact.
Office Hours are one-on-one meetings with panelists to ask questions and get targeted feedback. Whether you're a startup founder, business leader, entrepreneur, or someone looking to influence and build inclusive cultures, this is the space for you to get specific feedback.
