About this event

Social impact investment is a growing trend worldwide, providing capital businesses and entrepreneurs to address social and/or environmental issues. The Silicon Slopes SLC Social Impact panel will convene Utah-based experts in the field to discuss the state of investment and trends moving forward in the state. Moderated by Chance Murray, Principal of the University of Utah’s Venture Fund II, the panel will include Davis Smith, CEO of Cotopaxi, Lindsey Kneuven, Chief Impact Officer for Pluralsight, Ian Shelledy, Director of Community Foundation and Sustainable Startups, Sara Day of Utah Microenterprise Loan Fund and formerly of Even Stevens, and Brad Dickson Managing Director of B-Rad Industries.
