Paul Walker has been with FranklinCovey for nearly 25 years and is now the CEO, having served as general manager of the North American Central Region, executive vice president of global sales and delivery, president of the Enterprise division, and president and COO. He has led many digital transformation projects, including FranklinCovey’s transition to its All Access Pass SaaS-subscription offering. He has been closely involved with the Education and International partner divisions, and has overseen three major acquisitions. Paul graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. He resides in Salt Lake City with his wife and four children.
