Clint Betts is the executive director and editor-in-chief of Silicon Slopes and Beehive Startups. In 2013, Betts founded Beehive Startups to tell the stories of Utah entrepreneurs and startups. In 2016, Beehive Startups created a new nonprofit organization and joined forces with Silicon Slopes inside of that entity to empower Utah’s tech community to learn, connect, and serve. In addition to his duties as executive director and editor-in-chief, Betts also hosts the Deseret News Silicon Slopes Hour on KSL News Radio every Sunday at 7am; is the publisher of the quarterly Silicon Slopes Magazine; and founded Startup Santa, a state-wide children’s book drive to help eradicate childhood illiteracy. A Utah native, Betts studied journalism and political science at Utah Valley University and resides in the Beehive State with his wife and three kids.

David Elkington founded Xant (formerly InsideSales.com) in 2004 to revolutionize the Sales Industry through a data driven reformation by empowering sales reps and leaders with intelligent tools, insights and technology.
Dave currently serves as the Chairman of the Board at Xant and previously as the CEO where he led the organization as they grew across the globe, raised over $300M of venture investment, and supported many of the largest companies in the world in their digital sales transformation.
Active in the Utah technology community, Dave is a co-founder of Silicon Slopes, an initiative to promote Utah’s high-tech industry. He teaches entrepreneurship at Brigham Young University, is an active investor and adviser in technology start-ups, and is passionate about K-12 computer science education where he and his wife, Alese, founded KidsCode and GirlsCode, a private/public sector bridge program to teach computer science in Utah’s elementary schools and summer camps.
Dave has been recognized as Ernst and Young’s 2014 Entrepreneur of The Year™, AA-ISP’s 25 Most Influential Inside Sales Professionals, Utah Business Magazine Top 40 under 40. He is active in the evolution and definition of the artificial intelligence and the sales industry and speaks regularly on the topic. He has authored articles that have appeared in Harvard Business Review, Kellogg School of Management, Forbes, Fortune, TechCrunch, The Wall Street Journal and other academic and industry publications. He has been featured on CNBC, Nasdaq, Bloomberg and similar TV networks.
Dave studied at Brigham Young University and The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy with minors in Business, Japanese and Hebrew and a partial Masters in Computer Engineering. Dave and his wife have two children and spend their free time in water sports in Utah’s Lake Powell, mountain biking, skiing, hiking and camping.

Raluca Monet is a Global Partnerships Lead at Google. In this capacity, Raluca works closely with enterprise technology partners to bring world class solutions to ChromeOS. Previously, she held a role in Google Search assisting companies in their digital transformation journey. Raluca holds an MBA in Finance from Kogod School of Business.
Ryan Wedig

Ryan Wedig is CEO and co-founder of PrinterLogic, the leading SaaS platform for serverless printing infrastructure. Since 2012, he has built the team from scratch into a global operation with 200 employees and thousands of customers around the world. As CEO Ryan successfully bootstrapped the company through early growth stages before bringing in Mercato Partners as investors in 2017. Prior to co-founding PrinterLogic, Wedig was a Systems Engineer at Cisco where he saw first hand the emergence of cloud solutions and their impact on technology infrastructure planning. Wedig holds an MBA from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's Degree from Brigham Young University.
Eric Pedersen is the Dean of the School of Science, Engineering and Technology at Dixie State University. Eric has served as a faculty member in the Computing and Design Department at Dixie State University since 1989 and teaches courses on web development and tech entrepreneurship. Eric received his Ph.D. in Management Information Systems at Utah State University and has conducted extensive work in tech entrepreneurship. In addition to his academic career, Eric is a successful entrepreneur. He directed a research team that developed and launched the first website in Utah, co-founded InfoWest, the first regional internet service provider in southern Utah, along with several other tech businesses.
Matt Riley is Chief Communications Officer at PrinterLogic, where he oversees Corporate Marketing, Public Relations, Culture, and Human Resources. Since joining the company in 2013, he has helped build out the sales team, the global channel program, and spent two years in Germany as Managing Director for PrinterLogic Europe. Prior to PrinterLogic, Riley lived in Hollywood managing media & entertainment accounts for leading technology companies including Cisco and Alcatel-Lucent. When he's not working, Matt plays death metal guitar, writes children's poetry, and takes pictures of outer space. Riley holds an MBA from UC-Irvine and a Bachelor's Degree from Brigham Young University.
